Nope. It would only be possible with a Server + Client Plugin combination (Client Plugin would grab the Cursor position and send it to the Server).

This Plugin offers what you ask for, but I am not quite sure if it's a Server-Client Plugin or if it's only working for the local machine.

EDIT: As those functions don't have a playerid parameter, the plugin only works for the PC on which the SAMP Server is running on (and Windows only).
