Hey, my server is offline in the hosted tab list and internet tab list.. but when I connect to it.. it's working fine inside.. what is that problem?

Well there are some servers.. that are still up and running and they are on hosted tab aswell.. they found a fix or what? is there a way I can block these IPs? I am using CentOs 6
