Incase anyone wonders, why you can't connect to some servers, some are shown as offline and they are getting less and less, that's probably because the changes made to the query api recently, i hope i'll be able to fix this issue soon, sorry :P

I am aware of the issue but are currently not able to fix the problems, since i retrieve all data from a thirdparty backend, which sends all data already UTF-8 encoded. I'd need the raw data in order to fix the problem.
I'll try to solve it though.

Also, this issue isn't only problematic in terms of russian servers, but others languages with uncommon characters aswell.

I am not sure since i don't follow SAMPLauncherNETs development actively. I'd suggest you just try both and see which suits your needs better ^^
