My server does not appear in the internet list and the record sends me this message: "/ home / ogp_agent / OGP_User_Files / 44 / announce: error while loading shared libraries: / home / ogp_agent / OGP_User_Files / 44 / announce: unsupported version 256 of Verneed record".

Any solution on this or why is this error?

EDIT: Now send another error: "sh: 1: /home/ogp_agent/OGP_User_Files/44/announce: Permission denied"

Access your VPS through VNC and open the terminal and run the command or access it through SSH using PuTTy and run the command.

It is a paid host, and it uses OGP.

Your server won't show in Internet list, because internet list just shows a copy of Hosted.
To get a hosted listing you need to pay money unfortunately

In the version '0.3.DL' the internet tab is already working. By the way how do I run that through a host 'OGP'?

If you have a vps or your host provides you with ssh pass, try downloading putty.
Or if your host provides you with vnc or any other type of online ssh you can use that aswell
