OnPlayerDeath big problem

Hello, i have a problem with OnPlayerDeath, when a player is stand by in some vw / interior different then killerid for example, when they are meet for ex, and the playerid is AFK and killerid try to kill him, when playerid die, OnPlayerDeath is not called for playerid (happend when playerid is AFK). I don't know why.

And i have a code that prevent that for happening

But when this bug its not happend, the OnPlayerDeath is called twice, and i don't know how to prevent this for happening..

The SA-MP syncing for a player is stopped aswell when a player is afk.
