Maybe a stupid detail/question but I've seen none asking for it.
Do you have the server.cfg placed in the correct server document?
ET: In the same map as gamemodes, scriptfiles and filterscripts.

copy this to ur server.cfg and delete the current lines.

Give it a try

and go in game then type : /rcon login dowskipper

I feel like he's trolling... I don't understand how it's so hard to login to RCON, let alone needing 3 pages of discussion.

RCON login is case sensitive. Don't try logging in with full caps and et cetera.

Restart your server when you change it if you don't. Don't /rcon gmx. What Shaheen posted should of worked.
