when i try to open the server in windows it's ok but in linux i get the error

how can i fix this kind of error? i only disabeld nativechecker as i don't have the linux one, my gamemodes stateS "Unknown" How to fix this?

linux plugins are .so, windows are .dll also check your server.cfg

i fixed that atlast, but i got new problem and mysql.so is making my gamemode unkown when i use mysql_static.so server works but disconnects all players after 5 seconds, crashdetect can't detect anything, and mysql_static is also causing problems now
