I'm unable to run Ulric Vehicle System

when i load the script

no vehilces from ulric vehicle system gets loaded

No commands from ulric vehicle system gets loaded

/vbuy /vsell commands are not working

I'm using Ultra-host for my server

No problem shown in server log the script gets loaded easily
