i have 2 problems ,
First : i've added plugins to my server files , but i dont know how i can add it in server.cfg i mean what's type to add it ?? (like : mysql.so or musql (without .so)) i want to know .
Second ; how i can add a command in my gamemode ??

i understand adding command , but still the Plugins not work , i did with .so and i did without it but still not working

You don't need to add .so at the end then.

From the wiki link I posted:

Linux users have to put .so behind the plugin name in order for it to work

For Windows, you don't have to put .dll behind in the plugin name. Ex. plugins plugin1 plugin2
