400 MB RAM approximately, can be more and can be less.
As for bandwidth I'm not sure but I think in both cases you should be fine with deals that are made nowadays. Not sure about functions such as GetPlayerCameraTargetPlayer on how much they eat when used.

A full 100-player server uses roughly 4 Mbps of upstream. Bandwith shouldn't be an issue. Data caps on the other hand ...

OT: Hosts usually offer the "normal package", which comes with enough RAM to run your server. Bandwith isn't the problem.
