Hey,
I recently got a new laptop (woohoo) and have upgraded to Windows 10 Creators Edition (I think it's when it started happening). Now whenever I download a .rar or .zip that's more than a few megabytes, the archive is corrupt, regardless of the location or file. I've tried running scannow and chkdsk, but both say everything is fine. This also happens in all browsers (Chrome, Edge, even Internet Explorer 9). I recently also got a new modem, but this started happening after so I'm not sure if that's the problem.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Edit: Turns out it was WinRAR itself. After reinstalling to the latest stable release, things are working fine and the previous archives themselves don't appear to be corrupt.
