Hello, I am trying to use MTA map editor (and then convert to SAMP using ConvertFFS) to clean Area 69 so I would be able to build something else there, but some objects there like the buildings are not selectable, thus not deletable.

Don't use that editor... Use Jernejls one. It's better, and has all SAMP objects.
