Error when add Bind ip to my cfg file And my server do not show in the samp internet list

I have some error issues when i add bind ip to my samp cfg
The error is like this
Unable to start server on 180.254.167.185:7777. Port in use?

Pay $20+ to get in internet list, as well as hosted tab.

I just want to put my server to internet list but there is no server in internet list in game state there is my server and how do i put my server to internet list i already set announce to 1

Internet list is bugged,it shows the same as Hosted tab.
So you should pay if you want to put your server there.

When you've either got multiple network cards, or that you use VPN to host it over tunngle.

There is no real need to question _WHY_ he uses bind, same as your need to try one-up on me about the 'reason' you use bind.
