When i try to restart the server it says "
sh: 1: /home/ogp_agent/-_User_Files/whmcs/577/samp-npc: not found"

But it exist on the FTP I tired to put it again, it still giving the same error what to do!!

When uploading binaries over FTP you must set the transfer mode to binary (rather than ASCII) and furthermore the file must be marked as an executable.

if you use linux, try chmod +x samp03svr samp-npc announce
