Every programming language is similar to another to a certain extent, what differentiates them are the way they operate.

Whilst being dominant in a language that is similar to another does not mean you are dominant in both. There are differences in how they operate, in their naming procedure, and so on. So your question is quite pointless (pretty much every language is similar to another, but are actually different).

P.S. Look up the meaning of similar if you are confused.

But the actual answer to your question is, no since pawno isn't even a language.
