hi i have a system with IRC it have 2 bots but one dont join cant say this :

i have the plugins updated but the bot cant join only one join , why?

Obviously there is a problem with the host name. Double check in your config file if the host name is spelled correctly.

There is usually a limit imposed by the network on how many clients (bots or actual people) can connect to the network at any single time from a single IP. You have no say in that. And since this Ultra-H ip is shared with who knows how many other servers you're unlikely to get an exception.
