How to create actor have VW and Name hide health and armor

Hello. I dont know which server is it but, as i got this guy created this system like this. first of all hiding name tags.

ShowNameTags(0); 


Write This Under OnGameModeInit.
Then When Player Connect Create 3DLabel format it and write Name And ID, then Attach 3dLabel to player.
