So there is one server that I play in which uses a /dicebet system that allows you to
to bet your money with other players, /dicebet [ID] [Price]. For example:
Player 2 has offered you to bet $1,000
Player 1 has accepted the bet
Player 1 Rolls a dice.
Player 2 Rolls a dice.
They win/lose.

I just wanted to ask if it's possible to cheat on this since there is one guy who wins almost everytime
and cleans most of the players that bet with him which is strange like he has to be super lucky or using mods.

Samp's random() function is not so good so he may just be "lucky" or he's some sort of a "secret admin" and uses some scripted command to win.

There are no cheats/mods that can alter server side variables
