Maps don't work like that, you either need to create a filterscript or put the code inside OnGameModeInit.

Note: If you are using CreateObject and you reach the maximum limit (1000), then objects won't load after that. Use streamer.

Totally! Put CreateObject and / or CreateDynamicObject inside OnGameModeInit

PHP код:

And RemoveBuildingForPlayer on OnPlayerConnect since OnGameModeInit doesn't have any ( playerid ) parameters.
