+ When i open the server, it shows me this text

C:\Users'admin\Desktop\Folder\saServer\plugins\ssc anf.so is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

same for streamer

Since you running Windows you should use sscanf.dll instead of sscanf.so (Socket is for linux users) it should work then same goes for the streamer

+ i added .dll at the end, and "bad image" dissapeared.
But i keep getting

You haven't got the right includes in the pawno\includes folder. Update them and recompile
