Well, did you get any warnings before it started crashing?

Try the following:

- Reinstalling GTA SA/SAMP

- Go to your GTA SA Folder, go to 'Properties' on your gta_sa, then click on 'Compatibility', check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" then choose Windows 98 / Windows Me and apply it.

- Or run a troubleshooter if all of the above doesn't work and post what it says.

Just reinstalled whole my pc, things running perfectly fine now.
