Hello i opened a samp roleplay server but i didn't know scripting
and i want to make a job Like Bank money trasport
with cmd : /join /accept job and /loadcash or whatever to load money and bringcash
can anyone help me please

It's a scripting help section, if you wan't to know how to learn scripting just use the Search button, it's always useful.

You won't learn how to script overnight. Like everything in life, it will take practice to get good.

Learning from videos is pretty much learning from copy-paste... Whilst you'll think you can script, you really can't.

Start off with reading code and seeing that you understand the flows of the language, from there the handbook and wiki are good reading.

Mind out for some of the "tutorials" out there, as many of them are non-informative, and they aren't good tutorials at all because of this.
