Could someone tell me how to solve this error that appears to me?
I already installed this dll and I still get the same error

You may need to install SP 1 if you are running Windows 7. You can find it either on the Windows Support Site or in Windows Update, if you search for updates manually.
If it's already installed, try redownloading the VC installer.
Also, you shouldn't need the x64 version for this, the server runs x86.

x86 version does not install it
