Looks like you had a password or something on the server that was denying the entry of a bot (looks like raksamp) where it would just constantly attempt to join the server thus resulting in tons of "connections" being sent to your server.

TL-DR; No one's hacking your server someone just loaded a RakSamp client onto it.

There's also other things that could have happened such as someone dropping connections or some reason why the client couldn't connect (i.e Connected joining game..." screen) they could have just sat on this for a while.
