I every time i wonder how to make the custom map visibile on map

Like this, its shown the road of the custom map on radar, how to make something similar?

As you can tell from the fact the map is not circular but a square - it's custom drawn using textdraws.

Probably they did it with gangzones instead of textdraws.

Yeah I can see that too..

TO answer that maybe it's a custom made map also.

Some gamemodes has this creating new textures and adding some details on other things too but I don't know how they do it also.

I don't know much but if the server have a UCP then using PHP.....You can upload your custom map(radar) and make it update live through that map...
If you know...What I mean is..
Think logically
As
No advertising but LSRP..
Have made possible to select spawn point from UCP..
By the server logic as they uploaded their map on their site with something which updates live you can do that...
I won't say my information is much accurate,but I simply ******d it like 1-2 months ago and just found something near to it.
