Hey, is possible to change IP from default DNS server to a ******`s one?

Sure, for most routers it is. Alternatively you can change the DNS server in windows to override the router setting (Network adapters->properties->tcp/ip)

About Windows I know, but if it`s possible to change on provider`s router. If yes that would be nice.

Well.. yes. You can change that in DHCP settings on the router. This is the easiest method without modifying WAN settings on the modem.
