how to disable checkpoint

The checkpoint is generated by your script, I suggest you look thorough your script for the strings displayed (I can't write then as they aren't English). Examples however, search for:
buybiz
biz %I
Business Owned by:
Although if your script is English it'll likely be called BizInfo or something similar as this is a common shortening of the enum container which is usually used.
When you find it and truly don't want it delete everything you find related to it.
If you looking to delete just that one, look for file 8 or 9, depending on how the system is written. Then delete that, the same with a database or look for a command called delbiz or deletebiz etc and type that in its Syntax. Honestly however the owner or scripter of a server should familiarise themselves with their script.
