hey guys i have this error on mysql_log why ?

i had this error 3-4 days ago and some1 said to me to add a new line to my structure with ID before every line i have and i did and it worked for 2-3 days but now is giving me the same error why ?

Looks like you're trying to insert a new row using the ID 61 which already exists in your table.
