[Tutorial] Shoebill - Starting up, generating the project files

What is shoebill?

Shoebill is a java API most commonly used to code SA:MP gamemodes in java.

Benefits of using shoebill?

Shoebill has faster speeds in terms of method and command executions as well as processing mysql queries.

You can follow the easy way or the hard way to generate the project files for your java gamemode. I will be showing you the easy way. You just have to download the following python script and it will generate a blank java gamemode for you.

This link will direct you to shoebill github's repository. Press on "Clone or Download".

This is what your folder should look like when opening it.


Now you should open generate.py and you will be presented with a command prompt and will ask you for some information regarding the project you want to generate. Remember that you should run the file as a command prompt.

Just following everything you need to and your project will be created in the specified directory.
