I have a problem with SA:MP on my Windows 10 Home laptop. I've tried everything I could possibly think of, with no luck of course.

Note: Singleplayer works fine when I remove the CLEO.asi file from my GTA SA directory, but I just can't get SA:MP to work, with or without CLEO.

Here are my specs:

GPU: GeForce GTX 960M
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-4210H CPU @ 2.90GHz
RAM: 8,00 GB
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home

Reinstall everything (SA-MP and GTA), and don't install mods. Being that you already have Cleo on there, and haven't got SA-MP working seems like you've copied across a pre-installed setup.

Delete the settings (My Documents\GTA SA User Settings) and install the game and samp to a new folder.
