Hey there,
So,the problem is simple my game got frezzed after some min so they dont allowed me to press esc or any key to left game! Its a problem with PC or game? How to fix it ? thanks

I think that relogging should work.
To get out of this situation start pressing ALT + TAB until you get on your dekstop.
This problem sometimes occurres to me but restarting the game fixes it.

Guy has problems and you care about grammar?
You can try this to solve it: ALT+TAB, Re-name folder where is your GTA located.
Also: Uninstall Antivirus, ( You don't need it, Windows takes care about viruses without your notice, Antivirus = Slowdown, Detects only little issuses).

If this is on a Windows 10 machine, it could be a driver issue.
I've noticed that if you haven't got the storage drivers installed right, you end up having 10-15 second freezes every so often.
Another reason could be the graphics drivers themselves.
