Can u enter any other random server? And does your internet list show servers?
If not there might be something wrong with your firewall.

yea i can play other servers , but i cant servers who is hosted in canada

If you can join other servers of different IPs (( Hosted from different countries )) but you can't join canada based servers then your ISP (( Internet Service Provider )) might be blocking it. Contact your ISP and check your firewall.
