Hello there!
I had some mods installed and started crashing so I decided to re-install SAMP and GTA.
After uninstalling GTA I deleted gta3.img via windirstat.
I tried deleting gta_sa.set but that didn't help at all.

Single player mode works fine. E: Single Player stopped working aswel.

^^ This guy doesn't post enough, but he's right...

You need to do a CLEAN reinstall. Remove the game entirely, uninstall and delete the folder it's in, remove your GTA SA settings from the Documents folder, and then install to a new folder.

You need to delete the installation files and uninstall the game, re-extract the installation files to another directory and clear the GTA SA's cache and then re-install the game in another directory as well and SA-MP.
