I did a script, in sf Wangcars can be found the tuned vehicles+Rconal registered a user may use them.

RemovePlayerFromVehicle(playerid);=Throws it out from the vehicle
SetPlayerHealth(playerid, 50.00);=50%-al reduces his life.

if i uderstand good, he made a script that spawns tuned cars at the Wang Cars, and only Rcon admins can enter them. If anyone else enters a vehicle, the script drops him out of the car and reduces his life with 50%.
