i make all 63920 but i try to say with 0 but dont work

Check your /gamemodes/ folder, the .amx file for the gamemode in server.cfg does not exist.

Please check some tutorials regarding setting up servers, and furthermore scripting in general. They will help out on many errors you will encounter. Reading the errors given will also state what needs to be done as well.
