How do i make something like this.the function of this is to be damaged by other team in order to stop communication signal on radio, do how do i script it so it takes damage and only can be fixed by high rank team members. and once damaged no one can use radio.

I dont want to use this object i will use different one so just tell me how to do it and i will place the object
