Hello, i have 2 reputations and i can't post ADV Topic.
So here is my question, I'm allowed to PM any user from this forums by sending a private message and tell him about my server or not?

1. Its Annoying.
Just Post some Pic/videos at ScreenShot And Video Section in the mean while.

But in that part of forum. We can't ADV there i will get Forum Ban or other punishement. I'm not a rule breaker and never broke a rule here. So i don't want to have some rule breaking record...

Get 15 reputation, then post an advertisement written in English. I guess if you advertise your server by PMing users on this forum, and if one of those users reports you. Then you could get in trouble.
