Server not starting up(plugin not loading & "File or function not found"

Title.

I have the plugin in the folder and "mysql.dll" in the server.cfg
no idea where the file or function not found is coming from.
Can someone help me?

You can clearly see that mysql plugin didnt load.

i am clearly aware of that.
no idea why, its configured well, it works perfectly on my desktop.
i put the server on my laptop and it shows this.
do i need some sort of framework or w/e to load it?

Indeed. Depending on the version of the plugin you are using, the release thread of it should tell you what you need, and where to get it.

Well, then the only other reason is that the plugin is missing.


But if it works on your laptop, and not your PC, you really have to wonder though...

After all, You asked what framework/runtime you could be missing, and that thread, lists all relevant runtimes for the plugins.


So how are you so sure, you "don't have a dll missing", yet only 2 posts earlier, you're asking what framework/runtimes you need...
