I have 2 mysql connections first to my server second to website, but when i send query to website i get that Access denied for user 'websiteuser/serverip' i don't know how possible that i make connection seperate to website and server, but error very not logical

For security reasons connections from outside the local network are usually explicitly disallowed. If you don't manage that web server yourself then I'm afraid there's nothing you can do about that.
