I have this plugin called towny but its become really large and takes like 5 mins to load when i start the server. Anyway how do i convert it from flatfile to mysql? I now have a mysql database but i still have towny as flatfile.

If it is SQLite file you may be able to open it with some sql client, export db and then import it to mysql db
