Place an object there and use SetObjectMaterialText

There is two methods, one is by adding another plane object over it and write your own thing.
the other would be remove original building, place it as new object, find the right index for that sign, set it to any color you want, and then add plane object over and disable the background, so you have only text left.

second method would look much more cleaner.
