Best windows to run samp??

2.Fedora
3.centOS
4.Ubuntu
5.windows10
6.windows8
7.windows7
8.windows server 2012
9.windows server2008

Some windows I cant Run samp Server Becuase Run time eror. Problems from plugin

They are operating systems.

I prefer either Ubuntu, CentOS or Debian.

First 4 are linux operating systems. You should use Server 2008 or 2012, either should work fine.
