Really well thought out it seems and the texture choices shows you took your time choosing what works best.

Nice map. I suggest adding some colours though. It may be detailed, but it's kind of plain.

Don't do this anymore. You can call it modern and textured, since it' provides info, but don't call it unique for bait.
If you think about it, every map released here is unique, otherwise the user steals it from someone else.
You're doing it to get the views, and it's bad for your image.
And so far, this does't break any pattern. There are tones of interiors released here, some even better than this.
Let people decide if your work is truly unique or not.

Map have downaload link look careful txt file on begining!
Edit: Helly Map have some uniqs like stairs look have they been maded don't saying like that becaus i know why i put that title. if you wanna be smart go to school and be smart there.
