The problem with this is that they're people playing on your server, so you cannot use this for people playing SAMP in general.
Most Russians obviously wouldn't play on Brazilian servers, German servers, etcetera...

You can't tell for sure, because people here did the most awful thing ever.
They made sa-mp websites for their own countries, and divided the community.

US, Netherlands, Czechoslovakia, Philippines, India, France, Australia (I mostly had them in my server). Russian players can be mostly seen in a server out of 10. So add up Russia to the list.
