Nah, this isn't the wrong section. It's a good place to discuss this issue.
The answer is no, you can't do this. The reason is because we do not have access to CULL zones. I've brought this issue up a lot, I even made a thread regarding it: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=577651
If we had access to CULL Zones we would be able to do a lot more than just reflections. We could change the weather of specific areas, have a live video feed of an area, and lots more.
