Hi, You can try 2 things to try fix this.

1. Reinstall SA-MP
2. If You Have Mods - Then might be the cause. use Anti-Crasher for 0.3.7
3. If the above dont work. doctuments GTA Files - delete gta.sa.set file. this file will come back upon game start

again if my above options dont work. there is other solutions
