I really wanna use it but idk what goes wrong so if anyone can get it working plz let me know, or if anyone knows a working user control panel or a good tutorial plz let me know, MYSQL only please.

It's simply easy,
If the script requires MYSQL then buy a mysql host and connect it with the details you have,
Also the same with the PHP,
If the script also requires a filterscript just change the details and load it into the server,
