When a player timeout,and then automatically connects back without quitting the game,the server show register dialog,same happens with the connected players while server restart,any solution?

1.Its not happening in only one gamemode,its happening for MySQL and y_ini both types of gamemodes
2.Those damn passwords are already hashed
