Hey everyone I am having problems with my SA-MP not connecting to servers. I have been playing for 2 months now with no problems, Now all of a sudden it wont work. I have tried 10+ servers all with the same result.
When it loads it just says server didnt respond retry in

Win 8.1 samp 0.37
THINGS I HAVE DONE:
Restarted PC (2x)
Reinstalled SAMP (4x)
Reinstalled GTA SA (2x)
Installed GTA to new folder (1x)
Allowed SAMP + GTA to firewall, and antivirus
Stopped anti virus and firewall

I am running 0.3.7, The server runs 0.3.7.

Please do not give me advice that I have already done, or proceed to say the versions are incorrect.

Everything is the same as it was before I stopped playing samp 1 week ago during work days, I usually play on weekends.

Your network is either really slow or there is a lot of traffic on your network, this has happened a lot of times with me. I would've said, check if the versions are the same but I see you got that covered.
