Make sure that you have FPS limiter turned off. 100 fps won't make much difference anyways, what's the problem with it being on 90?

mine is locked at 100 fps too even with fps limiter off. its just the way it is i think. By the way why do you need more than 100 fps?

Got the exact same problem. Even without Frame Limiter turned on, SA:MP seems to lock itself at 98 fps.
